Does anyone know Yoga enough to commit to instructing a weekly (perhaps more often) class at Forsyth? I've been wanting to learn Yoga FOREVER now and from an actual person, not the internet or books. I'm sure there are others like me as well, and more others who already know the practice and would like to join.
Let me know and we can get things started! And if you want, we could do a small fee to participate (although Forsyth then probably wouldn't work).

Awesome, that's a decent small group already then. Can you have them register on the site?

They said they'd be willing but they would like to coordinate something first.

So I was at Forsyth a couple days ago, and found a group that does free Yoga, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6! We could either do something with them or set up our own thing. How did they want to go about coordinating it?

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There is a broad variety of yoga schools, practices, and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Among the most well-known types of yoga are Hatha yoga and Rāja yoga.
